Party Meatballs
Make your own meatballs or be lazy like me and buy frozen meatballs from the store. I buy a 5 lb. frozen bag of turkey meatballs from BJ's Wholesale Club and keep them in the freezer for my next party. Make all or just one of our delicious sauces on our website. Crispy Chicken Wings
To make the wings extra crispy, mix the ingredients listed below together in a bowl and set aside. Wash chicken wings and pat dry. Thinly coat chicken wings in avocado oil and then season with the mixture you set aside. Refrigerate uncovered raw wings for several hours or overnight. This helps to dry out the skins. Baked or Blackened Wild Salmon with Capers
Ingredients: One fillet of salmon Phillips Blackening Seasoning (found in Lowe's grocery store) Capers Mild or Hot Apricot Pepper Jelly For the baked salmon, preheat oven to 325 degrees. Rinse salmon with cold water and pour lemon juice over the fish. Let drain. Pat the fillet until dry. Spread the jelly on the meat side of the fish and top with capers. Grilled Ham Steak
Ingredients: ½” - ¾” ham steak (I used Boars Head Black Forest) Mild or Hot Apricot Pepper Jelly Or use our Pineapple Hot Pepper Jam Heat grill on high and then turn to low. Place ham on grill and cook for 3 minutes. Turn ham over and grill the other side for 3 minutes. Spread the pepper jelly on the ham and turn again to caramelize the jelly. Stuffed Chicken Breast

Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Ingredients: 10 large sea scallops 10 slices of center cut bacon Salt & pepper, Lemon juice Mild or Hot Apricot Pepper Jelly Or try using our Pineapple Hot Pepper Jam Preheat oven to 325 Rinse scallops in cold water and pour lemon juice over them.
