I had the pleasure of meeting this amazing owner at a farmers market locally. Trying the jelly there was amazing but she just made a new flavor with berries and when I tell you everything she told me to try it on, it was delicious on! Amazing product
Best pepper jelly ever!
I'm from Colorado and move to NC 2 years ago. I have been looking for a jelly/jam like this for awhile now! My family and I attended the Seafood Festival and found Penelopes. My goodness - it's amazing! Thank you!
Sharon Stroupe, shared your fruit spreads with me this week and WOW am I a new advocate. Thank you for asking her to share your goodness, I have added this wonderful creation as one of my "Must Try" finds. I am in the process of adding your spreads i
We had the pleasure of having some samples delivered my job at Raleigh Rad this past week. They were amazing! I couldn’t help but to go find some more locally to take home. Please check into The Hot Sauce Festival held every year in Oxford, NC!
Thank you Laurie. Our very first big event was at the Oxford Hot Sauce Contest last September and it was amazing!! We had lines of 12-15 people constantly during the event and they kept sending others over to taste it. We rocked it and will hopefully go back this September!!
This jelly should be called "Crack Jelly", once you have tasted it, you're addicted. It is a great combination of sweet & spicy that delights your taste buds. This is my go to Pepper Jelly.
So glad you love it!! I've had several people tell me that I should name it "crack jelly"! They joke and tell me that they ate the whole jar in a single sitting. That's easy to do! :)
Delicious, unique flavors to use in a variety of creative ways!!
Yes Susan, there are so many ways to use my jellies. I've used it as a dipping sauce for chicken tenders and shrimp. My website has recommendations, as well as recipes to follow!
I purchased both mild and hot for my wife and I and love it!! I got from a gas station at six forks, not sure if the lady selling it was the owner but she was very polite and informative about the product.
Thank you Justin! Yes that was me at the gas station giving sample tastings. I love interacting with people and watching the surprise when they taste my jellies!! :) I hope to be back out again once the COVID-19 pandemic is cleared out.

Mercy! My family & I love it! We have finished the blueberry jar—currently enjoying the mixed berries flavor. I am sure I will say the same thing about the pineapple flavor once I finish this jar. These are perfect after supper snacks. God Bless!

I must say, my husband and I are skeptics when it comes to food tasting of any kind. As vegans, we chose carefully about what we consume...then we tried Penelope's' hot jellies and we were blown away! They are amazing - AND VEGAN!!!!! We got 4 jars!
This stuff is delicious! We love the extra hot especially, but all of the flavors are super tasty!
Thank you so much for these Jellies! We have already gone through two 10 oz. jars just this week! They are addicting!!
Thank you Teresa!! I can't stop eating it either! So glad you won my monthly raffle too! Enjoy!!
This is the most delicious pepper jelly I’ve ever tasted! Penelope is so passionate about her product and her dedication really shows. Our new favorite snack is pretzels with cream cheese and pepper jelly!
I wanted to make something that had amazing flavor first and a mild to extra hot
"nice" heat to it afterwards. Thanks for telling others how this jelly is so different than most on the shelves!!
wow WOW WOW! the hot habanero is soooo good. just the right balance of sweet and spicy. tried it at the Pittsboro NC pepper fest.
Thanks so much Christy!! We hope to make it back to the Pepperfest this year again! So happy you had the opportunity to taste my jellies!
"Love the mix of sweet and heat. I spread it liberally on salmon and grill it. Always a hit. It makes almost anything I to a fun hors d'oeuvre. Try splitting figs and topping them with a bit of soft blue cheese and a dollop of pepper jelly."
Thanks Mary! I have a recipe on my website for the salmon. One of my faves! I will be coming out with my new Strawberry Peach Habanero soon too! Great on chicken and waffles! :)
