Whipped Cream Cheese

1 (8 oz.) brick of cream cheese. I use Lidl brand.

4 TBSP Whole Milk. I use Horizon Organic Milk.

Combine the milk with the cream cheese in a deep mixing bowl. Break up the cream cheese with a knife into large chunks. Beat with a mixer on very low until you have small chunks. Scrape down the sides and whip on high until smooth and creamy. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.

Serve the whipped cream cheese on top of your favorite cracker or my favorite which is Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps and my hot pepper jelly on top! Enjoy!! Other ways to flavor this cream cheese is to add your favorite things like bacon bits, chives, basil, strawberries, etc.
