Whisk all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. In a gallon zip lock bag or large flat container, combine meat and marinade. Reserve some of the marinade for basting when grilling later. Try to cover the meat completely. Refrigerate a minimum of 4 hrs. or overnight.

Grill the meat and bast using the reserved marinade.

This is great on thinly sliced steak, pork, chicken, kabobs, shrimp (do not marinate shrimp more than 30 mins.). Pineapple juice tastes great but also acts as a tenderizer on meats!

1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Pineapple Juice (Dole) 1 (5.25 oz.) Pineapple Hot Pepper Jam

2 TBSP Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1/4 cup Olive Oil

2 TSP Ginger Paste 1 TSP Garlic Powder

1/2 TSP Course Kosher Salt 1/2 TSP Black Pepper
