This product has a wonderful pineapple flavor with a medium level of heat. The label may say Hot but this version is on the medium side. If you've ever had our Hot Apricot flavor then you'll know what the heat level is like for this pineapple flavor. It's just a tad milder than our Apricot Hot Pepper Jelly.
